Najamah Davis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), Field Instructor, and Clinical Supervisor with over 15 years of experience in mental health. She has spent 4 years as a Psychiatric Social Worker. Najamah holds a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University, a Bachelor of Arts in Child Advocacy & Policy with a minor in Psychology from Montclair State University, and Associate degrees in Education and Social Sciences from Essex County College. She is certified in Violence Against Women & Children, School Social Work, and Trauma. Passionate about helping children, adolescents, and women facing various challenges, her journey from humble beginnings has led her to significant achievements.​
